What is your shipping policy?Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, and than 3-10 days for domestic delivery and 7-21 days for worldwide. We will be shipping out all orders from the previous sales every Monday. Minimum 24 hours between purchase and shipping date.

​​Why do my pieces look different than the picture?For some of the items listed, if there are more than one listed in stock, than that means I have taken a picture of one of the crystals/minerals to represent all of the ones in stock as the rest of them are similar in size and colour. Otherwise, you will get the exact crystal you see in the picture.

How do I pay?We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, Etransfer, Sezzle, or in person.

Can I keep my box open?Yes you can. We offer the option to keep your box open after paying so that you can continue to add to it until either you reach the $150 free shipping marker or the 30 day holding period. Which ever comes first. In the case of reaching the 30 day limit, you will be sent an invoice with a shipping cost and are expected to pay that within 24 hours to avoid any shipping delays.

How do I return/how do I get a refund?All sales are final. We will not accept returns on the products, so be 100% sure of your purchases. If your item(s) arrive damaged, we are more than happy to make things right. We need to be contacted immediately after receiving your package, no more than 24 hours after arrival. If you could, please just DM us at least 4 photos of the damaged crystal(s) and we will definitely make sure you are properly compensated.

​​I live local, can I set up pick up/delivery?If you live in or near Regina, Saskatchewan and would prefer to either pick up your item or have it delivered in person. Please select either the local delivery or local pick up option, depending on your circumstance. We do require at least 24 hours after payment until the order would be ready for pick up and also 1 hour notice before pick up to ensure your bag is ready. Give us a message through our email system on here or make a note in your order when checking out. Our deliveries happen every Saturday between 8-11am and will result in you receiving a message from us on either Text, Instagram or through WIX when your order has been dropped off if we don't see you in person. Please leave special instructions if you would like them placed in a specific spot or let us know ahead of time if you will not be home and would prefer us to not deliver them.

What is your non-payment policy for your live sales?We do understand that life happens and occasionally it limits you on what you are able to pay for. When it becomes a regular occurrence and happens more than once, we unfortunately will have to block them on our Live Show Media Platforms, but they still have access to purchase from our website.

How does your point system work?That's right, you can earn free crystals for buying crystals! For every dollar spent, you earn yourself a point that can be used towards a discount off a future purchase. Every 100 points redeemed will earn you $1.00 off your purchase. *Points can not be used towards our custom payment plans but can be applied to other methods of payment*

What happens if I claim a crystal during a live but want to cancel it before I pay?This is totally fine, we just require a 5% or $5 put-back fee, what-ever is the higher value. This helps cover the cost of materials used for wrapping and our time.
